Chaitu attempting for MI

Yuva Samrat Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has gotten into the flow of things in the film industry by doing nearly five films. However, one thing is still pending. Chaitu is yet to score in a Mass Image. Already, some of them have begun to rule out Chaitu from the mass hero category. 

However, it is heard that the young hero has not given up and is attempting once again for Mass Image with his new movie. Sources say this is going to be directed by Ravi Kumar Chowdary and it would be made under the prestigious Geetha Arts banner. 

Buzz is that the project will commence after Chaitu's project 'Gauravam'. Inside talk is that this is slated to be a powerful commercial entertainer and Chaitu would be seen in a mass hero role. On the other hand, Chaitu has also got 'Autonagar Surya' which is progressing briskly with the shooting under the direction of Deva Katta. Let us see how this goes...

Kajal Agarwal in love!

Quite often there is a lot of curiosity surrounding top league heroines when it comes to their status. Usually, they are subject to various linkups and many breathe easy only when they know that a heroine is having an affair with someone. However, the saucy seductress Kajal Agarwal has managed to be away from such stuff. 

Apparently, Kajal didn’t make much news in terms of gossips or affairs but now it is heard that she has fallen in love. Well, it is not with a man but the subject of history. It is heard that Kajal has developed a strong obsession for places of historical importance. Whenever Kajal goes for overseas shootings, she works on knowing about the local historical places. 

Recently, Kajal was in Russia when she was shooting for her Tamil film'Maatran' alongside hot star Suriya and it is heard that she used to take off with her camera visiting various sites whenever shooting was not happening. This would mean one must be quite conversant in history if they have to impress Kajal.

Mahesh Babu turns 'Santoor Daddy'!

Prince Mahesh Babu has another brand in his kitty. After Thums Up, Amrutanjan, Idea Cellular, Provogue, Jos Alukkas, Vivel Ultrapro Shampoo, Univercell etc. he will be promoting Santoor soaps soon. As per the news circles, Mahesh Babu has signed a deal as the new brand ambassador of Santoor in Andhra Pradesh.

Santoor's famous line in all their ads is 'Nena College aa...?...  Mummy!' So are we going to see Mahesh Babu as Santoor Daddy for a change! Let's wait if Mahesh is giving a new angle to Santoor or not.

On a side note Mahesh Babu is making sure that he promotes various products and that too very popular brands only. Take a look at the products he has been promoting and you get a very clear picture about it. He is not shying away from taking up usually feminine endorsements. He is setting a benchmark for brand endorsing in AP for sure.

Divya Bharathi Jr's spicy acts!

It has been many years since Divya Bharathi passed away but she still has a good set of admirers. So it came as a pleasant feeling to many when they saw a girl who resembled her in few angles. Moreover, she is blessed with some extra oomph and sex appeal. So they call her Divya Bharathi Junior.

She is none other than Deeksha Seth and this enchanting seductress is yet to hit the big target by scoring a bumper hit. Recently, Deeksha had pinned her hopes on the film 'Veedinthe' but reports say the film has been declared a dud. So now, the hot starlet has decided to spice it up in 2012.

Buzz is that Deeksha has got nearly five to six projects in the south circuit and some of them will have her ooze glamour in a generous way. Her debut film 'Vedam' saw a slightly seductive style of Deeksha but now it is heard that she has decided to go all out and choke the cine folks and audience.

A Different Mix of Dookudu for NTR

Jr. NTR should be lucky for making an agreement to work under Srinu Vytla direction prior to the release of Dookudu. After this gigantic hit, Srinu Vytla's credibility has gone up and there is so much riding upon his next film. Any film of NTR will have high expectations and with Srinu Vytla wielding the mega phone sky will be the limit for this film.

There was buzz earlier that Srinu Vytla may not sign up the successful writer duo Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan for NTR's film. But after the initial hiccups, the project has taken the right track. Kona and Gopi are providing the script for NTR, Vytla movie.

This film is titled Action and the tagline is 'with entertainment'. If Dookudu was more comedy and less action, 'Action' movie will be a different mix of it. This time it is more action and less comedy. Srinu Vytla and co feels that this is the right thing to do as per the actor's image.

'Panjaa' Became 'Item Song 2012'

Generally, it is common to play item songs at the happening parties. Now, the title song of Pavan Kalyan's PANJAA took that status. At the many posh and high profile pubs of Hyderabad, the song was played numerous times to delight the guests.

The songs that rocked the dance floors of Tollywood to welcome 2012 are 'Kolaveri Di' and 'Poovai Poovai' (Dookudu) other than this PANJAA. However, 'Kolaveri Di' took the whole country viral as from five-star hotels to gully parties banked on this song to get pleasure and ecstasy. Irrespective of their favorite hero or movie, many people in Hyderabad enjoyed Pawan's song to the most than Kolaveri. 

While fans are saying that is the power of Powerstar, others are saying that is just the magic of that music but not the hero acted in it. Whatever may be the reason, the song became a peppy item-number to welcome 2012 is the fact.

Nandamuri Heroes @ Throne Ownership!?

After Nandamuri Balakrishna, who will be the heir to the legacy of this acting family became a big question now. Though many tilt their heads towards  Jr.NTR, it is not looking that way now!

As per insider information, a strong cold-war is going between three heroes from this family to garner attention. While Jr.NTR is undoubtedly the star of all, Kalyan Ram and Tarakaratna are trying to prove their mettle. Tarakaratna is coming up with NANDEESWARUDU in the lines of SIMHA and NARASIMHANAIDU to woo Nandamuri fans. At the same time, Kalyanram is also coming up with a 2D-3D, technical kind of stuff to show that he is something different. 

Cine observers are saying that the throne is already occupied by Jr.NTR and it cannot be moved now. While both the other two heroes are struggling from last 8 years to get an identity, Jr is already a 'brand'. So, is Jr.NTR the undisputed king of third generation Nandamuri heroes or did he still need to face competition? Only Nandamuri fans can answer this!
